Shipping Policy

At HubHaven, we personally pack and ship every single order directly from our location in South Croydon. We don't use third-party fulfillment centers or big corporate warehouses. Your gear is handled by our own team before it ever leaves our doors.

Where We Ship We proudly ship to all 50 states within the US. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Cost Every single order ships for absolutely free. No minimum purchase required, and no fine print—the price you see at checkout is all you pay.

How We Process Your Order As soon as your order is placed, we get to work. We carefully package your items, print your shipping label, and have everything ready for USPS pickup within 1 business day.

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and handed over to USPS by the very next business day at the latest. Please note that we do not process shipments on weekends or US Federal Holidays. If you order during those times, your package will ship out on the next available business day.

Delivery We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. Once your package leaves our  location, USPS usually delivers it within 1 to 3 business days, depending on where you are located in the country.

From the moment you click "buy" to the moment your package arrives at your door, you can generally expect a total turnaround of 2 to 4 business days. During peak holiday seasons (like Black Friday or Christmas), USPS might experience slight delays. While we promise to always dispatch your order on time, any transit slowdowns on the carrier's end are unfortunately out of our control.

Tracking Your Order Every shipment includes a USPS tracking number. As soon as your package is on its way, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can follow your parcel’s journey directly on our website's tracking page. If you don't see the confirmation email in your main inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder!

Your Delivery Address Please double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once a package is handed over to USPS, we are completely unable to modify the address. HubHaven cannot take responsibility for orders that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, so please verify your details before confirming your order.

Shipping to a PO Box? No problem! USPS Priority Mail delivers to PO Boxes seamlessly.

Cancellations We pride ourselves on moving quickly, so if you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately! Email contact@hubhaven.com with your order number, and we will do everything we can to stop it before it ships. If the order has already left our facility, we won't be able to cancel it, but you can easily utilize our returns process once it arrives.

Missing Orders If it has been more than 7 business days since you received your dispatch email and your package is still missing, please let us know. We will investigate straight away, check the tracking, and coordinate with USPS to find a resolution for you.

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email with your order number, a brief explanation of the damage, and clear photos of both the product and its packaging. We will get it sorted out and make it right for you as quickly as possible.
