Secure Payments All transactions on hubhaven.online are processed securely. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses SSL encryption and is fully PCI DSS compliant. We never store your full card details on our systems.

Accepted Payment Methods We accept a wide range of payment options at checkout so you can pay in whatever way works best for you:

Payment Processing & Currency Payment is taken at the time your order is placed. Your order will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

All prices on our website are displayed in GBP (£). If you are paying with an international card issued outside the United Kingdom, your bank or card provider may apply a currency conversion fee. HubHaven is not responsible for any additional charges applied by your card issuer.

Order Cut-Off Time Orders placed and paid before 5:00 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on a weekend will be processed the next business day. We do not dispatch orders on UK Bank Holidays.

Payment Security and Fraud Prevention For your protection and ours, we reserve the right to carry out verification checks on orders. In some cases, we may need to contact you before an order can be confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that we are unable to verify or that we believe may be fraudulent.

Failed or Declined Payments If your payment is declined, please check the following before contacting us:

  • Check that your card details have been entered correctly.

  • Contact your bank or card issuer to confirm there are no restrictions on your account.
