Refund Policy
At HubHaven, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if things don't quite work out, our return and refund process is straightforward and easy to follow.
30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Once this 30-day timeframe has passed, we can only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Requirements To qualify for a return, the item must be completely unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Please ensure you contact us for approval before mailing anything back. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns that haven't been pre-approved by our customer support team. Additionally, items that show signs of use, have been damaged by the customer, or lack their original packaging cannot be refunded.
Starting the Return Process Please do not send items back to our address without speaking to us first. To initiate a return, send an email to contact@hubhaven.online with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason. Our team will review your request and reply within 24 hours (Monday – Friday) with step-by-step return instructions. Unapproved returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we shipped the incorrect product, HubHaven covers 100% of the return shipping. We will supply a prepaid shipping label so you pay nothing out of pocket.
For "change of mind" returns or if you accidentally ordered the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Alternatively, we happily offer full store credit or a free exchange. If you choose to ship the item back yourself, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. HubHaven cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Defective or Incorrect Orders If your gear arrives faulty, broken, or isn't what you ordered, please email us within 14 days of delivery at contact@hubhaven.online. Be sure to include your order number, a brief explanation of the problem, and clear photos of both the product and its packaging. We will swiftly arrange for a full refund or a free replacement, and we will cover all associated shipping costs.
Processing Your Refund Once your return arrives at our facility and is inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your account.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our end.
Delayed or Missing Refunds If it has been more than 7 business days since your approval email and you haven't seen the refund, please double-check your bank account first. Next, contact your credit card company or bank, as posting times can vary. If you’ve done this and the funds are still missing, reach out to us at contact@hubhaven.online and we will investigate it immediately.
